How MAZE partner credits work

Partners top up prepaid credits through Stripe in the MAZE portal. Credits are deducted only when a qualified paid_quote lead is distributed to the partner. Free enquiries are not distributed to partners and are never charged.

Default starter pricing

The default Band C cost is 5 credits for a Removals lead and 3 credits for a Man & Van lead. Higher-demand postcode prefixes may use a different band.

Your credit price

The price of each credit can vary by partner. Your portal shows your rate, available bundles and exact lead cost before you top up.

If your balance is below the cost of a matching lead, MAZE skips your account until you top up. There is no overdraft, invoice or pay-later option.

Between 1 and 6 vetted partners can receive the same matching qualified lead. There is no accept/reject step after delivery.

Matched upstream

MAZE checks postcode-prefix coverage, active status, service type, distance preference, lead time, capacity and credits before distribution.

Sent immediately

The partner receives customer details by email and in the portal when the qualified lead is distributed.

You run the booking

Partners contact the customer directly and agree their own pricing, availability, booking terms and service delivery.

How many partners receive each lead?
Between 1 and 6, depending on the postcode and matching preferences. There's no accept/reject step - when a lead is sent to you, it's yours to contact.
What does a Harrow lead cost?

Yes. Use Holiday Mode for a date range, or set your daily cap to zero. Areas, settings and credits stay intact.
